Love this place! So clean and friendly. I called to request an early check in, they totally accommodated me. Amber at the front desk went out of her way to make sure our room was just right for our early check in. You could tell she truly cares. Great job, Amber!

Perfect location! Close to freeway, the Provo Canyon and our family. Rooms are spacious. Everything was well kept and decorated. I’m super grateful to have it be pet free as my allergies and asthma are really horrible. Breakfast was a good spread of choices. Thank you for a comfortable place for us to call home.
The room was QUIET. No noises from the hallway or neighboring rooms! Cloud-comfy bed. Clean room and modern bathroom. Iron, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Incredible value and accommodations. Breakfast included. We'll be coming back!
Amazing service! I arrived well before early checkin time. And there were no rooms available because they were sold out the night before. Amber and Edna saw that I looked tired after a red eye flight and went to work! They were able to get the housekeeping team to clean a room and got me into my room in about 20 min. Thanks for the great service!
This hotel is a great value and we plan to stay here every time we travel to Orem. Amber at the front desk was very helpful and resolved a problem we were having with a future reservation. She really made us feel like our business was appreciated. Every other staff member we talked to was also very pleasant. I would describe it as old school "thanks for choosing us" attitude from all.
Pretty good experience at this Fairfield Inn. Made good use of the pool and hot tub. The breakfast didn't seem up to the standards I've seen at other Fairfields, no fresh fruit that we could find on multiple days there. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
